At AvoidProbate, we have three complete estate planning packages to choose from.  Both of our packages include all of the essential estate planning documents such as a revocable living trust, "pour-over" will, power of attorney for health care and a power of attorney for health care.  What makes AvoidProbate unique is that you will be assigned to a licensed attorney who will first answer all of your questions, help you review your drafts and then meet with you to execute your documents with the required number of witnesses and notary.  The result is you will have the peace of mind of knowing your estate plan is done right plus you will know how to use your documents going forward.
