Flat fee

By far our most popular option.  Most people know what their wishes are and are comfortable filling out online forms.  For these clients, we use our extensive library of templates to create and execute an estate plan.  Designed for clients with relatively simple estate planning needs, our flat fee model is an easy and affordable option.

Hourly

Some clients require more than just template completion. They need the advice of an experienced attorney who can not only draft quality documents but also suggest complex solutions for sophisticated goals. This service is designed for those with advanced estate planning needs, such as business owners, individuals with special needs beneficiaries, or anyone subject to the estate tax.

Real Estate Pricing

Buying  a Home?

When buying a home, you need an experienced attorney that is patient and available when you need.  We charge our clients a flat low fee of $595 for real estate purchases, which includes the following services:

  • Contract review and modifications

  • submitting requests for repairs from your home inspection

  • Ensuring compliance with all financing/home sale contingencies in your contract

  • Review of closing documents, including title commitment, surveys and inspection reports

  • Attending your real estate closing with you to review and explain all your documents with you

SELLING A HOME?

Selling a home is stressful so you need an attorney that makes the process as easy, painless, and affordable as possible.  We charge our clients a low flat fee of $195 for real estate sales, which includes the following services:

​

  • Contract review and modifications

  • Responding to repair requests from the buyer

  • Ordering any necessary documents required by the contract or for the closing, including: deed, bill of sale, title insurance, homeowner's/condo association letter; municipal transfer tax documents, pest inspection, septic test

  • Assistance in resolving any items which may affect title to your home before sale

  • Representing you at your closing via power of attorney
