Two Pricing Options to Choose From

Flat fee

For clients that simply want to leave assets to their named beneficiaries outright (i.e. no rules on how the money can be spent), we have developed our flat-fee pricing model.  The process starts by us sending you an online form to complete.  Once we have all of the needed information, we use our library of templates to draft your estate plan documents.  Once you approve the draft, we send the documents to you to execute on your own.  Our flat-fee option is only for clients with adult or charitable beneficiaries.

Hourly

For clients who want to leave assets to a trustee to manage on behalf of a beneficiary (i.e. young or special needs) or anyone subject to the estate tax, we offer our hourly rate pricing.  The process starts with a meeting with an experienced attorney to discuss the client's needs and answer any and all questions the client may have.  Clients who choose hourly billing are welcome to call or visit the office whenever they feel its needed.  They also come to the office to execute all of their documents to make sure they are sign correctly and in accordance with all laws.
