How can we help PROTECT your Legacy?

AvoidProbate can help protect your legacy by potentially serving as the successor trustee of your trust.  Ideally, you have family members who can help distribute your estate when needed.  However, sometimes we don't have anyone who we trust or we just prefer to have a third party distribute everything.  In this case, AvoidProbate can serve as your successor trustee so that you can rest assured that your final wishes will be carried out.
