AvoidProbate's History and Growth
AvoidProbate is law firm dedicated to providing its clients with high quality estate planning at a price they can afford. We start with the basic premise that everyone needs a quality estate plan. Whether you're rich or poor, young or old, you owe it to your family and your wealth to put a plan in place. At AvoidProbate, we make the process as easy as possible. It starts with a user-friendly website that provides valuable information to its visitors and provides online tools like appointment scheduling and access to a client portal. We then train our attorneys on how to properly ask questions and explain complicated legal topics in a way that is understable and useful for our clients. Our internal systems allow us to prepare documents in an efficient, yet accurate, manner that provides for quick turnarounds to meet our self-imposed deadlines. These documents are then executed with the client in the comfort of our offices where our friendly staff can ensure that they are signed properly. Finally, our cloud-based storage system ensures that you and your family will always have access to your important documents.
